- Restricting file access to authorised TradeBetter personnel and approved subcontractors only
- Using secure sharing settings and not generating publicly accessible links to client files
- Not disclosing client information to unauthorised third parties
6. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or business information to third parties. We may disclose your information to:
- Industry advisors or contractors engaged to assist in delivering services to you, on a strict need-to-know basis and subject to written confidentiality obligations
- Third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business (such as Google LLC, for cloud storage)
- Government bodies or regulatory authorities as required by law
- Any person with your prior written consent
7. Artificial Intelligence Tools
We use AI-powered tools, including Claude (by Anthropic), to assist with analysis, document preparation, and client deliverables. Your business information, including financial and operational data, may be processed through such tools.
We take reasonable steps to ensure the AI tools we use handle your information appropriately. However, you should be aware that AI tools are operated by third-party providers with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review Anthropic's Privacy Policy if you have concerns.

9. Data Breach Response

12. Complaints
If you believe we have handled your information in a way that breaches the Privacy Act or the APPs, please contact us at info@tradebetter.com.au with details of your concern. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
